Market research is a global industry, and the user of research findings needs the assurance that the research done in various countries has to be implemented with the minimal standardization.

There is a need of homogeneity in the process and development of an international standardization so that the minimal homogeneous standards be established among the countries. ISO 20252:2012 is the new international standardization publicized by British Standards, which established a minimal common standardization for various countries, creating conditions for business development and growth between different markets of the countries and regions.

It’ll allow service providers the world over the management of work with the same standardization that is recognized on the whole market.

In the event there is cultural, social and behavioral differences among countries relevant with the product and service, international standardization can adjust the discrepancy and allow via the border, MNCs, the research be implemented with assurance that the procedures of work are compatible.
