Quality Control Process
INTAGE Vietnam commits Quality Control (QC) process as ESOMAR/MRSA code of conduct and ISO 20252 standard for market research.
We employ quality, logic and plausibility checks throughout the entire process which is conducted by an Independent QC Team. The team is empowered to verify and validate any data collected from operation teams and inform result directly to Project Leader and BODs.
Besides, regional policy is strictly applied for both Procedures Quality Control and Data Quality Control to ensure a consistent and rigorous process to deliver data of the utmost quality.

INTAGE VietNam (Former FTA) is the first company in Vietnam to get ISO 20252
ISO 20252 is international standardization in market research area, established by ISO. The standardization specifies research methods (including market and social research) esteeming the procedures :drafting research outline, gathering information, data processing and report. According to British Standard Institute, there are around 75 market research company applying ISO 20252 the world over. Also according to British Standard Institute, INTAGE VietNam (Former FTA) is one of 4 Asian companies and the first one in Vietnam that has been granted the certification.
ESOMAR (European Society for Opinion and Market Research) is the essential organisation for encouraging, advancing and elevating market research worldwide.
Since 1947 ESOMAR’s aim has been to promote the value of market and opinion research in effective decision-making.
Members of the society agree to abide by the ICC/ESOMAR International Code on Market and Social Research, which has been jointly drafted by ESOMAR and the International Chamber of Commerce and is endorsed by the major national and international professional bodies around the world.
INTAGE Vietnam strictly applied International Standards about Market Research Practices, undertakes strict observation of the working process pursuant to ISO 20252 – standardization exclusively for market research.
1. Strictly comply with Code of Conduct of Social Marketing & Research
• All commissioned projects requires NDA signing between INTAGE & Clients & third party if any
• All projects requires NDA signing between INTAGE & respondents or interviewees or third party if any
• All full time & part time staff of INTAGE are required to sign NDA to ensure the confidentiality in operation.
2. Strictly apply ISO 20252 Standard for market research
• All operations are conducted complying with ISO 20252 Standard with high commitment for confidentiality
• All staff are well trained about the importance of confidentiality with market research
• Quality management Director has periodical supervision & ad hoc checking the confidentiality compliance.
