Be Group joins hands with Sun World to enhance the tourism experience in Vietnam

Ms. Vu Hoang Yen, CEO of Be Group and Ms. Nguyen Huong Giang, CEO of Sun World signed the Memorandum of Understanding on Strategic Cooperation.

According to the strategic cooperation agreement, Be Group and Sun World will focus on three main areas of cooperation to leverage the strengths and advantages of the two brands.

Be Group officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Strategic Cooperation with Sun World to promote local tourism in the Vietnam market, digitizing business, and tourism promotion activities to bring greater value to customers.

According to the strategic cooperation agreement, Be Group and Sun World will focus on three main areas of cooperation to leverage the strengths and advantages of the two brands.

Regarding communication, Be Group and Sun World will implement the “beWorld” project to promote Vietnam’s two leading transportation and tourism brands to tourists in at least five localities nationwide in 2024. Within the framework of the project, the two sides will have activities to promote local tourism to their 25 million customers base, facilitating domestic tourist access to local tourist attractions in a much more creative and innovative way.

​In terms of technology, Be Group will integrate and build new digital services, starting with the service of selling e-tickets for Sun World entertainment and sightseeing on the multi-service platform be, along with diverse payment methods. At the same time, Be Group also develops and integrates digital experiences for tourists visiting Sun World’s facilities in the future. The digital technology solutions are expected to help simplify Sun World’s advance ticket booking procedures, create favorable conditions for customers to plan their trips easily, and provide tourists with a smooth online-to-offline travel experience.

In addition, Be Group will also become the transportation partner at amusement parks under the Sun World system nationwide, which expands ride-hailing services to tourist destinations as an indispensable part of the smart tourism trend. Through the partnership with the be platform, tourists can not only buy entertainment tickets and book transportation to and from the Sun World tourist areas with reasonable prices and safety, but also easily search for and share information with friends and family.
