Vietnam Best Places to Work 2023: how the research was checked
In November 2023, Anphabe announced its Vietnam Best Places to Work results for large and medium-sized employers. INTAGE Vietnam was the independent third party that checked the survey model and evaluation method. Anphabe organized the program and published the rankings; INTAGE did not choose the winners on its own.

What the 2023 survey measured
The program gathered working people’s views of employer attractiveness across more than 700 companies in Vietnam. Anphabe separated the 2023 Top 100 into large-enterprise and medium-enterprise lists. Those categories matter when comparing employers of different sizes. These are historical 2023 results, not a current ranking or a measure of every employer in the country.
INTAGE Vietnam’s role
According to Anphabe’s survey announcement, INTAGE Vietnam independently verified the evaluation model and method. This distinction helps readers understand who collected and published the rankings and who checked the research approach.
What brands can learn from employer research
Employer perception studies are useful when the audience, questions, sampling and scoring are clear. A ranking is one output; the underlying research can also reveal where awareness, consideration and actual employee experience differ. For a new study, define the decisions to be made, the target population and the limits of each measure before interpreting results.
